Purchasing Your Tickets

1. Q: Can I purchase ticket online?

A: Currently, e-ticketing is available for Tg. Balai Karimun destination only. Please visit  www.easybook.com to purchase your ticket. Otherwise, passengers will need to visit the ticket counter at PHIFT to purchase the ferry ticket.

2. Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Currently, we only accept cash for all ferry ticket purchases.

3. Q: What should I do if I have happen to miss my scheduled ferry departure time?

A: If you happen to miss your scheduled departure time , please contact PHIFT Ferry Operator at +607 5600 542 (Tg. Balai Karimun) or at +607 5600 538 (Harbour Bay, Batam)

4. Q: Can I change the date/ or time/ of the departure if I already purchased the ferry ticket?

A: Yes, you can but this is subject to availability. A small fee will be imposed on the changes of date and time. Please contact the Ferry Operator at 07-5600 542 (Tg. Balai Karimun) or at 07-5600 538 (Harbour Bay, Batam) for further inquiries.

5. Q: Are group, frequent traveller, senior or student passenger rates available?

A: This is subject to Ferry Operator Terms and Regulations. Please contact PHIFT Ferry Operator at +607 5600 542 (Tg. Balai Karimun) or at +607 5600 538 (Harbour Bay, Batam) to discuss on your requirements.

6. Q: Are there special rates for children?

A: Children under age of 3 years can travel for free and are subject to Seaport Tax of RM16 only. Please present a valid proof of identification at the ticket counter to enjoy this special rate.

7. Q: I have lost my ticket. How easily can lost tickets be replaced?

A: If you have lost your ticket, please contact PHIFT Ferry Operator at +607 5600 542 (Tg. Balai Karimun) or at +607 5600 538 (Harbour Bay, Batam). A penalty charge of RM10 will be levied to replace your lost ticket.
